Made in Maya 8,5 and retouch with Photoshop CS3. I wanted to make something (sphere) that influence other things around it (tubes).
Wich gife reflections/colors/connections and the same time some warm feeling to objects around it.
I really enjoy to make it, its wasn't easy about all those tubes specialy the 1 behind the scene of the image wich reflected.

Critics and comments are welcome! Hope you like it :)

I would say up the complexity on the tubes...

here is how(if you are interested)

duplicate curves from the isoparms of the tubes...

make those curves soft bodies...and put a turbulence field....(low power)...to make the shift around....

extrude those tubes.

also:

be careful of the camera giving a dead center on the image...the principal subject shouldnt be DEAD center in the piece...even though the tubes give a sense of assymetry....you might want to work your camera a bit more.

what I like it the sense of depth and the way the tubes lead the eye to the subject...that is cool.

About the camera view, my idea is to get the view like how I made it..I don't have a idea how I should change it.
