Hi, This is Mr Croup from the Neil gaiman book 'Neverwhere'. If you haven't read it all ready, give it a go. it was the first book i really loved.

Anyway, i feel like i've moved on a bit again with this drawing. I learned a scary amount. I think it's halfway between where i was and where i want to be. I'd love to hear some C&C on it.

I'm also frantically looking for a job - if anybody has any advice, suggestions, even good places to look i'd be very grateful.

Hey Mullet, this looks pretty good. The emotion is there.

Two things I'd like to see in the future.
- Hair is too bright, just a bit.
- The eyes could open wider, vertically, seeing the brow's positions.

Nooo, Evil Conan O'Brien!!!

My crit is the lighting is weak on this. Try some rim light, and more mood- maybe some colored lights to add to the "evil".

Why are the hands contorted?
