like it so far! the base looks plain compaired to the rest. some thing that would look good, would be wires and tubes running from the cross into the skin of the person( almost like the tubes and wires of the cross are feeding of the man)_:thumbsup:

Hi Chris, Its nice to see your work again.
I find your concept very interesting. First of all before you go into details on your model, it would be good to start integrating the body with the cross. You'll need lots of wires coming into his body, and not only plugged in, but see them running under his skin. At first i didn't understand the meaning of the telecommunications dish, but since it is there together with some monitors, i guess that could depict the cruel reality of our days, where human pain is beeing sold in the news just like any commercial product. You should put some cameras shooting at his face, recoding every second of his agony and pain.
Just few ideas to take into concideration, i won't bug you with details yet since this is an early stage.

I m now finishing the hands .....and then I ll mix em up with the cross\model ....Think using some kind of metal, wire-rings that keeps him still....

It really is looking good. I really think you should take all of these opinions and use them into one complex piece. With some well placed dynamic lighting it could be a real powerful piece.

well k I'm a christian and I look at this, and i say, AMAZING work. Pls do a good job and finish it I would MORE then love a very high quality render of this for my desktops. The idea of showing modern day of how it was for a real man who to me Died to pay a price for me Is just priceless. And the idea of the moniters showing how we sell pain is one way to look at it, but it also shows another way that we do sin, such as porn. Also the cables going into his body under the skin, would not only look amazingly kool if you do it right, but can serve to symbolize other things, but don't make any of the symbols too obvious cuase I like the fact that we all can see diffrent things. That directly reflects our individuality and well thats a good thing for art to do!
