CGTalk - Eyelid Meniscus

Hi after getting some tips on photoshop painting I see that the eye have several highlights at the edges of the eyelids where it touches the eyeball....

Is there is way to make this in 3d?....

The one below was a photoshop add..

you could also make rendereble spline with "tear" shader.

Hey I see that if I make an extra eyelid that is transparent with some specular..... hmmmm...
