Hi there. :)
I have done some work for challange 17(water balloon).
I spent a few weeks and hope that it is pleasant to you. :thumbsup:

Used software:
Maya(Dymamics:Ncloth, particles / Rendering: Mental Ray).
Realflow simulation.
Digital Fusion for compose (just background placed).
