Well this is a starting, I can't really say he "sux" but well there are plenty of improves to be done.

1.) The perspective
It's not very administrable to draw stuff like this right out of the front. Try to search a more angular view, so the whole thing will apear much more 3dimensional.
2.) The lines
You draw quite sloppy lines. Much are too big or too thin. Try to work harder on the shape. Generally photorealistic faces and stuff don't have a black outline or something. The stuff with a black outline works well for some comic sketches and stuff but to create something photorealistic you should avoid the kind of outlines and stuff.
3.) The atanomy
Try to look on the atanomy of the sketch. He has extremely wide shoulders, no arms and too short legs. Take a look to some photorefernces to get the atanomy well.
4.) The details
If you don't go for a considerable amount of detail it simply won't look realistic. Especially the face of a character needs much of work cause the face is generally the thing that expresses the whole image.
5.) The lightning
Generally work with only one lightsource. Where you place it doesn't really matter but most artist only work with only one lightsource so that you have a clear idea where are shadow points and where are light points. You for example didn't use any lightpoints at all.
6.) The colors
Don't work with too much contrast in the colors. A blue and very saturated background with a very desaturated character? Then don't just pic the colors randomlike out of your palette. Check out for some fotos with faces and stuff and look for the right colors there. You will see that human faces are not generall having the color of some piglets but also contain the colors red and green.
7.) The perfectionism
As said don't just draw sloppy lines later fill them and smudge it all over. You will need some perfectionism to finish not before you are really 100% contented (Well artist are never 100% contented with their pieces but lets say 95%) ;)

Hope I could help

Thanx for the comment caNt(i didnt knew that about the background color, gotta check that too)

lots of info on your post thanx(btw i got a new avatar hehe)

i had already noticed that the lines are too big(and sloppy)...but its kinda hard not to draw sloppy lines in photoshop(he´s fully CG not hand drawn). Another mistake are the proportions all right. Another one is actually the size of it...i started drawing it on a rather small size..i should´ve thought of details sooner..instead of drawing it on 800x640 i should have went 2000x2000 or such in res. I´m not yet decided to follow the Anime style or the actual photorealistic type...because it is a book i guess the photorealistic type kind of old painting´s would be nicer. Now i need some good advices to get rid of those sloppy lines(danm gotta start all over, but oh well, its how a person can improve)
also do u think its better to hand draw or fully CG draw?

Cheers M8´s!
