View Full Version : Character: Tyke, a little monster

A while back I made a small work in progress animation featuring a little monster trying to act scary (into a mirror, tho' the mirror wasn't shown). Off and on (based on spare time) I've tried to work on redesigning the monster to better fit my original sketch, and get the new version ready to animate. Not quite there, but I'm getting closer :^). Here are some new pictures of Tyke, and a simple animation test of him moving. Still messing around with materials and skinning, and Tyke still needs a tongue, but things are getting closer to being done :^).

That looks pretty nice.
What is it for?
Or did you make it just for fun?

And show us a wire!

And did you map it with unwrap?

Thanks Erikoinen; this version I'm just doing for fun, the earlier version I mention was done more to experiment animating pose to pose, and the results were decent enough to make me want to do a better version. Used a mix of Unwrap/Pshop and procedural textures on it.
