blueprints are typically orthpgraphic drawing sor design sfor an object that do not contain perspective.

For use in modelling you typically need at least two views depending on the object or more that you place in the viewports in your modelling software for reference while tracing the edges and defining correct surfaces.

this got me thinking, how do you get the blue print look to an immage when you render it? ive seen some where they are rotating around a comercial plane, i think in a saftey breefing, and the plane is blue lines with a 3d look, and its cool, anyone have an idea, or just toon shade it, with the ink blue? thanks all

Do you mean a wireframe rendering? You coudl do this several ways depending ont he program but basically you render the edges or isoparms with a line .. it's not realy a toon rendering.
