The model looks great.
For the render, it looks like something you'd see in a catalogue. In that sense you did a great job, however I've always hated the "matte art" look. Try a more natural outdoors lighting environment; you can even keep the anonymous (environment) feel, but get some more color variation in the lighting & realistic feel.

Vlad, awesome work! I appreciate your style BUT it's just time to do something more dynamic and delicious renders... You can do it! I know... Anyway it's 5 stars from me. Respect!

hi,
just wnted to say that it a really fine piece of work you have here ... very professional!
im doing a studio render of an rx8 myself and was just wondering how you got those soft refecltions of the light soucre on to the car....
im new to vray and a general studio lighting tehcqniques so i wnated to creat the same soft (matte) look of the reflections of the light source and your render... and hint in the right direction would really help!
heres a link to one of my render so you can see what im talking abt (notice the crisp reflection of the light source on the front bumper)

coming back to what i was saying..... great work
that's really nice, could you share some about your reflection/lighting setup?

The reason why I dont like the renders too much is because of the FOV, this might be good to show all the detailing and the whole shape of the car, but it flattens the image quite a bit, so as has been said before, a more dynamic render would help a bit .
great work on the car though!

Nothing but praise. It's beautiful. I totally agree with PhantomDesign, it looks like something you'd see in a catalogue. I would definitely like to see it under different lighting, but it's amazing none the less.

Just breathtaking. I've seen some of your other art on CGTalk from your portfolio. Very excellent. I'm always stoked to see photorealistic 3D models. Great work.

Very nice job you did! It's true, the renders have the catalogue feeling but that's not bad imho.
It's also modeled very accurately (I have to know this, I'm living close to munich and I see more BMWs than any other car ;-) )
