It looks awesome, but it looks more medieval fantasy than a raptor. But, it is awesome, don't get me wrong... I'm in the process of making a battle ready robot and it doesn't look that good. Keep it up!
Nice. Have to agree, its not a raptor, but it looks cool for what it is.
Are you going to model more defined gums? The teeth look a little too unified with the body.

So too, can a dragon be a raptor. See www.m-w.com.
Raptor is not a genus or a species. It's an attitude for sure ... if you read carefully enough.
I got you guys good with that title. I designed it to make you have to go to www.m-w.com for a lexical update.
Here's the wire frame as requested.

Thanks for the kind word about the image. I'm glad you guys like the model. It was a rocky start ... after about an hour I was going to puke. But it got better from there. I decided to trudge onward with detail even though I was not so sure about the volume. Many times details cover and make the volume irrelevant.

From allwords.com:
Raptor (n.) n.
1. A ravisher; a plunderer.
You sure got us all with this one :)
We all thougth that raptor = velociraptor, like in the movie ;)
Good work and thanks for the wire, its pretty cool. Well done.
Are you going to texture it?
Best regards.
