She looks great, only thing I could crit is the light seems a bit hot (or blooming) on her face (like it's specular), it's not really bothersome though. Great model, great work!

I think its cool, I like her bruise. I would suggest you add some texture to her nostrils though, they're the same color as her skin and it looks a little strange. Cool model :)
