This was my entry for an art contest sponsored by TheOtaku.com and Del Ray for the New York Anime Festival. The theme was "winter" and the only rule was that the character had to be original. I just hope that this is stylized enough for the anime crowd. I've already submitted this to the contest, but I'm open to more C&C if you wish!
