what AE tools to remove wires (specially overlapping wires in the actors)?

CC Simple Wire Removal would be one option. For anything more elaborate you'll have to rely on good old mask and paint techniques, plugins such as Key Correct Pro or completely different application like Imagineer's motor/ mocha alltogether.
