CGTalk - scriptCtx selections in Python

I'm building a scriptCtx in Python. When the context finishes and the finalCommandScript (fcs) is fired, I want to call a Python function and pass it the selections from the context. I'm not sure how to gain access to the selections. I'm not even sure if I can use Python in the actual finalCommandScript string.

Does anyone have any examples of the scriptCtx being used in Python? If so, that would help a lot.
