Hello, I am Gary Wee. I am a character animator in Singapore.
This is my first post and I'd like to share with you my personal project I'd finished not long ago.
My main focus for this mini project was on the rigging and the animation of Spiderman.
I had always wanted to build and animate my own spiderman. This mini project took me about 3 - 4 mths working at own free time. I used 3dsmax only (no scripting).

The Spiderman was modeled, rigged and animated by myself. Texturing was done by a good friend of mine, Jimmy Wijaya, from Indonesia.

I shared the process from modeling to animating Mr.Spidey.
The Spidey rig I had created is also released for learning purpose.

:bounce: that is really great and i really that you are sharing your valuable stuff.
i downloaded your rig and will try to animate some amazing spidy moves.

one thing only i feel to change is the eyes .just take a look at movie ,that will give him
good look.but if you already want them like that ,then its fine.

hi,

the animation looks great but its hart to spot from the camera movements

i think it is easy to spot you are a great rigger and animator but not souch good in camera and editing

Thank you very much for your kind words. I'm not so much of a visual effect person as i specialise in animation. I picked up rigging few months ago partly is because of interest, another reason is because most of the time when I want to rig my own character, it's hard to find rigger(friends) who got the time to help me out. So i learn rigging myself.
I'm still far from being a great rigger. But I thank you for that. =)

For the camera movement-wise, I am still learning. Because this is the 1st time I am making an action pack animated clip. Perhaps can give me any suggestions on what to look out for so I can take note on my future works? :D
