Title: serial monster #2 (Halloween)
Name: Cedric Seaut
Country: Canada
Software:

HI :)

I didn't really want to do it specially for Halloween, it is neither in my culture nor in my tradition but the coincidence decided different so...
from a free interpretation of a concept of a really good friend and artist
Joel Dos Reis Viegas (http://www.steambotstudios.com/).

with a small "Behind the scene" (http://www.khalys.net/BOOK_2007/Halloween.htm)

thanks a lot :)

Very creepy! I like how circular elements of the set mimic the creature's bulbous body.

Wow, fantastic model! I love it in all its eerieness. Somewhat reminds me of one of the monsters from the Silent Hill movie, but this one even better. Great render and presentation also! :)

This would be a great Flood character in the Halo universe.

It has a really nice Silent Hill/Hellraiser/Doom/Lovecraft/Wayne Barlowe feel to it.

Would love to see him shuffling around in some dark corner.......as a rendering obviously :)

Great Concept and great model.

I think if you add more transclucency in the bulbus head showing some veins and a bit more interesting texture the model will look much better.

The pose is great.

Really nice work.
