Title: Wishes
Name: Don Hanley
Country: USA
Software: CINEMA 4D, GIMP, ZBrush

What would a goblin warrior wish for?

My first Zbrush creation (and first image in a long time). The goblin was sculpted in Zbrush 3.1 from a low-poly base mesh, and then exported to CINEMA 4D Studio 10.1 for texturing and composition. All of the other components in the scene were created and rendered in C4D. Final touch-ups were made using GIMP 2.4.

Enjoy!

Uow, you should be proud of your image. It's wonderful to see how such a simple scene, with no complex elements can be so great.

I really can feel all the sentiment in this.
Great job :)

I had some free time, so I added more detail and sculpting to this fellow's torso and legs, and adjusted the lighting slightly. The details show up quite nicely in Zbrush, but C4D seems to be smoothing things out too much. Exaggerating the highs and lows in Zbrush helps, but I need to find a better method of matching Zbrush and C4D. In the meantime, here's how things look now...

Enjoy! :D
