gatton 04-11-2003, 07:23 PM Hey just wanted to post and get some feed back from you all, see what you think. This is a character I'm working on for a little short film (chase scene) for a reel in progress.
I currently working in the game field as a texture artist but want to work on more skills (modelling and animating)
thanks

shes got that anime touch I like that. From the sideview the cin looks a bit to far forward but I think if you go on like that you will get a good model as result :)

Thanks for the comments, she will definitely have an anime flair to her, I have really enjoyed some comic artists lately who add a little of that kind of flair to their work inparticular Humberto Ramos.

Here is the latest, mostly worked on the legs. She kind of a biker chick.

It's looking very good. I'm sure it's intentional but her legs look quite long. Could I ask what modelling method you use?

She started out from a box, she is all polygons no subD's. This is the only method I know currently. I'm using Maya and am having a blast so far. You were right the shin bone was a little long.

Ah, excellent. Thanks for letting me know and I'm glad to have helped. I think it's great you're enjoying it so much, I think it always shows in the model. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see it finished :p .
