hey i created this image with photoshop using motion blur and i want you to show with this way my problem

all my graphics on the screen icon websites windows etc get motion blur to the right
does anyone knows how to fix it?
by the way i have Geforce 7300GS win xp sp2

This problem is usually caused by one of two things. Either your video card is failng, or your monitor is. We see it alot at work on older systems.

By the looks of your emulation of the problem, I'd say you have a CRT monitor and its failing. This seems most likely to me anyway...

I'd borrow a friends monitor and see if that fixes the problem.

no actualy is a brand new motinot LCD samsung
and i tried reinstaling the graphic drivers and unpluged the monitors cable but its didnt fixed it
so if you know that would be so cool thanks a lot
