CGTalk - new user questions

I just downloaded the demo. C4D has grown a lot since I downloaded the version 4 demo. I am wondering if there is any really good training materials to get me up to speed on the interface fast. Also does the ap have poser sliders?

Poser sliders? You mean to mix different poses? The answer's yes, check Mocca and Posemixer.

For training material there are some official tutorials on maxon's website, check support and documentation, you'll find em. Good luck and enjoy C4D and this forum :)
