Cool render! I think I'd like it more without the black background- maybe if the ground kept going or a sky or something.
The shell texture doesn't look quite right to me. I picture a brown egg as being pretty much the same color all over but having a bump.
I really like the plant, stones and dirt. Nice idea and composition.

I like it,
But, the Black is too much, it takes a lot of the image for no reason, I would understand if this was to be used with text, but just as it sits, would not pass as good photography with photographers.
do something about the black area, maybe some gradation or lights or something to make it work better, you will need to do testing.

Nice concept, but I would widen the depth of field a little and add something, anything to the background. Maybe a heavily DOF-blurred photo of a plausible background for the subject? I agree with Karkadan about the black being a bit, well, too black.
very very nice work , and dof

Thanks a lot guys.
The scene is not 100% like I wanted to be.Maybe if I'll have some spare time I'll work on it a little bit more.

Good idea and composition. I would make the area where the plant meets the dirt meld more. It doesn't feel like the plant actually sprouts from the dirt, maybe a ring of mounded dirt around where the plant pushed the dirt up out of the hole. And I agree that the DOF should be widened.
