I am creating a realistic bottle of wine, or should I say I wanto to create a realistic bottle of Wine ?

Here my result so far:

I used Splinemodeling to create this object and used the standard green glas material lib of max 4.

I think this is only a question of texturing and lightning, so please give hints to create realism. I am eager to learn more. I am starting now designing the wrapped around stuff. But in the end it shall look really realistic.

You're off to a good start.

You'll need an environment to place the bottle into in order to get good looking glass. It needs to reflect and refract. Lighting is also essential.
