Hi all i've got a strange problem with my world axis, everytime I try to move an object with the coloured arrows it zooms in and out instead of moving the object(s).

I've not done anything that i'm aware of to change the settings, although I have been playing around with a character and posing him last night, booted up Cinema today and this happens.

Has anyone else experienced this, and know what's happenning?

You are in Camera Mode, and not in Object or Model mode.
Just switch modes.
