What do I need to look into to have a delay timer? As in, I have a loop where I want something to happen, then a set delay and then it continues to loop, does the thing again and then delays.. etc etc til the end of the loop.

I don't want someone to write a script, I just want to know what function I need to be looking into.

Lookup timer in the manual, I think that's what you need.
