CGTalk - Smooth brush help

As I am painting with the standard brush I try to smooth sections by holding the shift key to switch to the smooth brush but the smooth brush is much larger than the standard brush. Is there a way to make the smooth brush the same size as the standard brush? Anytime I watch a video on zbrush whenever the person switches from the stardard brush the the smooth brush quickly it is always the same size as the standard brush. any help would be most appreciated.

I´ve had same problem ( zbrush 3.0 ) and after update ( to 3.1 version ) this bug has been repaired...

There's a setting in the brush menu which (off the top of my head) is called 'Alt Brush' size. It's a multiplier value/slider that when set to 1.0 will do exactly what you want. I personally prefer a slightly larger smooth brush (1.2-1.3x).
