Hey,

Im just starting in 3D Animation im really looking for some tutorials and books on how to start practicing in Maya.

Really basic stuff as ive said im just beginning.

I'm sure this has been asked before, so I'd try searching the forums and you could always start off with the tutorials that come with maya, that's usually a good place to begin.

Hej,

Be sure to not start big. Usally people start with the character rig they get, cos it sounds cool. But u find out soon that is to overwhelming to control al the character controls. I sugest us tart with a bal one control to aniamte and u can get a nice feeling for timing spacing and weight there.
