after effects training dvd's

anything by chris and trish meyer :) their creating motion graphics with after effects (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1578201144/) book is awesome, and i've heard the videosyncracies dvd (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00007GCYT/) is great as well but haven't worked with that myself.
