CGTalk - rigging help plz

Hey so Im rigging a ribbon for a commercial spot and have an IKspline set up on it with cluster deformers to make the wave movements, but I cant parent the clusters to my main control correctly for some reason. Everytime i do i can move the main control left and right fine but when I move the main handle up and down it deforms the spline for some reason. I remember it is supposed to be something simple in the heirarchy but I cant remember what, so Im having a bit of trouble

any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Phil,

(1)Try putting the cluster in "Relative" mode in the attr editor (2) Unparent the Spline curve frm the bone heirarchy.
