I think FK is the best for fingers, aswell as the arms on a whole, sometimes you would like to IK the hand to a fix object like a table or whatever in such a case just make use of IK/FK switching that is available in most 3D software packages, setdriven etc for fingers?, don't know havent used it, but in generall go with a as simple as possible rig, no need to make it overly complicated if there isnt a need for it,
cheers,

I use a combination of set driven keys and FK.

same here, FK with added wiring and reactor controller (driven keys)
EDIT: Oh, I also use a lot of copy/paste poses, too.

I think this method is very well,
then I meet a problem,
That when we want to catch a object,we should get the finger constrain with object ,then how can we keep the finger and object are position always right??

For example:a man hold up a object, like this
Then I constrain the object with wrist .
