Hi there,
I ran into a bit of a problem when setting up my characters foot. The Local Rotation order is looking pretty much out of whack. So I was wondering how you get around this problem in softy. I have set up this kind of thing in max and maya before and there was an option to change the rotation order but I'm not sure in softy?

I spent quite a while in the other packages trying to find ways of getting around the whole gimble lock thing and eventually decided that it was best just to accept it and use the gimble/addative rotation mode. So I have to figure out how it's done before I go on with the rig.

Open the explorer, find your bone/object and expand it's tree. Open the ppg for kinematics->Local Transform (click on the shaded icon besides it) Under the rotation tab of the ppg, you'l find an 'order' dropdown list where you can select from 6 different orders.
