Greetings all,
We are just about to embark on an exciting ride - plunging $150,000 into a mini animation studio.
We have been talking with a lot of people re: hardware and software & are sitting on the fence halfway between Maya & Lightwave.
Our largest concern is the pool of artists we will be able to draw on for a talented employee base... the purpose for this post I guess to guage a feel for the number of artists skilled in Lightwave.
If you based in Auz (Brissy even better) then please let us know you are around - we are also very happy to take onboard any advice anyone would like to offer.
