Hello. This very well to be the first digital drawing that you have made . But personally he/she had not chosen that alignment, maybe you should have left less space in the left of the image. That tools use?

Seems pretty flat to me.
Looks like it might belong in a child's illustration book.
If that's what you wanted then it's fine, but if you were aiming for something more realistic then I think there is a lack of depth in that there is not much contrast or detail. The eyes especially could benifit from some further refinement.

Yeah, I do notice that the face looks pretty flat. Im sure I could've done better on the eyes too. They were one of the hardest things about it for me.
