This is just getting frustrating....

I'm using Painter X and my property bar is hidden except that it's set to show. Either way, when i click it to show and hide, it doesn't show up at all. Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi. Painter does that every now and then. Go to the main menu, select Window->Arrange Palettes->Default. That should bring the property back up. :)

Had it happen to me too. After you have everything set up where you like, Go to Window>Arrange Palettes>Save Layout and give it a file name. Something messes up again you can recover the arrangement.

Thanks, i think i figured it out somehow in the morning. I think the set to default thing did the trick though most my settings never really changed, except that the bar showed up again.

At first my co-worker whos a big Painter buff didn't even know what was going on. He suggested i take out my config file and have Painter create a new one but that didnt work. Then he said to re-install it but before I did I found out how to get it to show up. So yeah, crazy yet awesome Painter, yous a funny program...

Thank Joe Pescii for this thread! My brushes dissapeared and I was freaking out. Then I found this!
