Well, I don't know if I should post any suggestions. For the time you spent working on it I am shure you could have done a lot better, and probably know some of the comments I will make. The background is compositionaly awkward, maby try rotating it so the lines are diagonal that will provide a strong contrast to the horizontal fish, maby try bluring the background a bit to. Maby add a stream of bubbles coming out of the fishes mouth?

Looking nice so far! I like your very personal, colorful style. :thumbsup:
Maybe try to leave the hand from the filters in the future,
I don't like the motion blured standard background too much, cause many people use it that way.
