For a first clip, its pretty good. I don't know how much you know about Max, long time since I used it as well. But Ill try give you some small advice.
Try give the Rocket some (Ease-Out) when the rocket lift-off. "Makes the rocket slowly get momentum to accelerate to the sky.
For the scene. try create a big "Sphere" around the hole scene with some materials, maybe Stars.
And a little Camera trick: Try think that there is a camera man holding your camera in the scene.
Well on a rocket you know its going up, so you could have the Camera follow right away. But normally it takes a few seconds to react on motion.
try delay his follow on the rocket, so the rocket might get a bit up in the air,(not much) before the camera begins tracking it.
You could also experiment with some thrilling camera positions, maybe a bit closer and more frog perspective.
I hope this help you to improving your shot, and Good Luck in the future tarun2k3.
