Hi, again
Do you any other links to this artwork on other hosts? Because I have always problems on viewing images at CGSociety. They stop before they are downloaded entirely.
Thanks.

as far as the modelinf and the texture goes, I think abslolute amazing, but when it comes to lightning its hard to say becuse much of the detai is whitewahed and it really disturbs the whole image, also try getting a different camera angle as this may be helpfull too. nice work anyhow.

Just there is a problem in your description :D Islamic ? i see nothing in Islamic style ! why you call that Islamic ? Check sasanian patterns ...

Well... I mentioned that i have tried to achieve the maximum reality. concidering all those windows, the lightening is correct.its the Ies sun which caused over exposed areas & that will happen in reality.another vray light is located in the chandelier.& vraylight material around the dome.Color mapping is linear & burn value is (0.85).
Ehsan:As I mentioned its Persian-Islamic, I never said arabic.
its the standard classification for the Iranian architecture. Before Islam & After Islam(In General) ,Specially becoz you cant say The pattern is Safavi or ghajari.... But its definitely after Islam.(In generall, you would say Persian-Islamic.):)
The flowers on the ceiling i found on Takht-e-jamshid documents.which as you said might be from Sasani period.
Ali,Thanks man.Dont spoil me!

Just for dear Ehsan and others' information:
After raising of islam the whole middle-east and areas around it including arab states, persian states, (and Europe and north africa later) where influenced with a vast cultural revolution caused by spread of islam. This influence was so incredible that it not only made Islam one of the biggest religion in the world but also it changed many aspects of the people culture including their clothing, arcitecture, ... . Taj Mahal in India and Süleymaniye mosque in Turkey are only some examples of Islamic Architecture Magnificence
Surprisning? Well, the fact of the matter is that even some of the muslims don't have any info about their history.
Just visit www.MuslimHeritage.com or www.1001inventions.com to find out that what a great civilization we muslim had.
Or just bother to google the word "Islamic Architecture". then you see what I am talking about. And keep it in mind when we are talking about muslims we don't mean only Arabs. Persians, Turks, Europeans, Norh Africans and ... were great muslim civilizations in the past (and some of them still are.)
For more info I got this excerpt from "Microsof Encarta Encyclopedia" about Islamic Architecture.
"The few and relatively simple rituals of the Islamic faith gave rise to a unique religious architecture, comprising the mosque (masjid), a place of community gathering and prayer, and the madrasa, or religious school. Important among the various characteristic forms of Islamic secular architecture are palaces, caravansaries, and cities, the elaborate planning of which shows concern for the all-important access to water and for provision of shelter from heat. A third type of building important in the Islamic world is the mausoleum, serving both as an actual tomb for a ruler or holy man and as a symbol of political power. All these structures, religious and secular, share many organic and decorative features."
