can someone give me some direction to make the comet fire tail effect like the opening
of transformer moive
howt to done that use maya or ae or any possible plug-in

it 3d or just an ae plugin effect

I doubt you'll get too many answers on this kind of question. There are so many ways to achieve a single end result in most any 3D software. I would guess that they used alot of fluids and multiple particle systems rendered on seperate layers and composited together with alot of adjustments and work done by the compositors.

What of Maya's dynamics do you understand and feel comfortable working with?

i would suggest using sprites. fluids will do the job too. thou its probably gonna be a heavy scene. particle clouds will work as well. thou its really gonna depend on the level of realism your going for.
