the feet could maybe use a little more definition... They look too round... maybe if you flattened the bottom area of the foot to make it more grounded.

I'm gonna fix the thing with claws. I think the foot will stay the way they are tho. I kind of want them to be a bit lumpy and big. Maybe I'll do some more definition in the bump map ;)

On the last facial expression you posted, where he looks so surprised, I´d pull those things he has on his head in the air. Those tentacles or what they are, they should point upwards. Would make a more surprised face (imo).

Very cute character. Some how he looks like a trouble maker though:) Nice colour choices as well and the facial targets are comming along. If anything I think I could say you should make the targets a little more expressive. Push them a little further.
