Great job, Pavlik!
Good atmosphere, but really clean. That dragons are pretty sweet, too.
One point of crit, though: I'm not totally sure about these tribals in the upper-left and lower-right angle. Are you sure they are necessary?

But still, very good job.
Which parts were done in Corel Draw (that's seldomly used "here")?

I like the characters and the style is lovely, reminds me a bit of John Bauers work with the luminosity of the dragons.
