don't worry squid I don't do cgchannel myself. But a poll like this is quite funny, they are so innaccurate for this very reason. its not a god random user poll, its a oll from people who go hey go to this site and vote for ours so it will win. Man if thats not going to give biased results I don't know what will.

I have to say I think it says something that Cinema is listed. I use to get tired of the 3d programs I use (mainly cinema and E.I.) always being in the "other" category. I don't think the poll says much about the industy either but I have to admit I would still think it is cool if cinema is toward the top.:)

Actually, I think this kind of poll is a scam to encourage exactly what's happened--lots of people getting all their friends to go vote--and bump up the hit count/ad $$ for the host site. So did I vote? Of course. ;)

no it isn't important to me at all, because it can be so easily screwed with, there are sites with polls like this all the time, they don't require you to login so it makes it even easier to just screw it up, lol :D
