Hello everybody,
I am tryin to learn details of topology and good methods to do accurate topological models.
I saw some methods.
I was working with Egde extrude till i saw Tareq Mirza's anatomy tutorial. and i saw box modeling of Taron(they are similar) method is not that important but i have a question.
for example in Tareq's video he was extruding the quadriceps muscle at foot and he is spinning begin and finish of extrude to do flow. but how he know where to spin it . left or right. spining flow to muscle tendon's area can anybody help me i am still confused.
thanks for reading:)

You asked a very important question: why??? Why spin left or why spin left. Those question are often left unanswered. That why I piggy backed un a thread that SomeArtist started. You can find it here:
http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?t=93651

It is far from finished, but I hope that you can find some answers there. It is Blender specific, but yet software agnostic. All technique are reproducable with any software out there.

Cheers

I'll second his recommendation, its a good tutorial. Generally that sort of thing comes with experience. You try stuff, see what works, and what doesn't, and go with what works.
