I there anyway i can move images from c4d to aps without the black background?

i presume you mean alpha, and yes, just tick the box in the render settings dialog to render with alpha, you can then choose to have a "straight" alpha (premultiplied) or even to have a "seperate" alpha if you want.

What I usually do is to add a background object to the scene. Apply a material that has the color set to 100% on white and to render, I set the file format to TIFF and select "Alpha" and "Straight Alpha".

no need to add a background or sky object set to white, if you use straight alpha then you should get no ghosting at all (the background will make no difference to the alpha'd image).
