I like this idea much better. It's clearer than your version with the police officer in the window, I felt that that one had too much going on, and it looked like you were struggling to give the cop something to do.

The poses here look pretty good for a start. This is a particularly difficult clip this month, so I think you went the right direction by picking a "scenario", like kidnapping. Along those lines, you might give the speaker some nervous movements, like occasionally looking out the window over his shoulder, or running his hand through his "hair" like Richard Lewis, and pushing the idea that he's frustrated.

Overall I think this is a strong start, keep it up!

I would add some movement to the girl, no one gets tied up and sits still...
