View Full Version : (repost) UVs moving with rig

i posted this in the texturing forum, but this is probably the more apropriate place.
anyways here goes,
im sure its something simple and stupid, but i cant figure it out.

my geometry has a texture attached to it, and the Uvs are all layed out.

for some reason when i move the geometry using bones the UVs go all over the place.
if i move the geometry by just selecting the geometry and moving it is fine, it seems to be something to do with the binding of the bones to the texture object.

this is using maya btw.
