i wonder where to download this plugin, i need its function of cc vector blur and cc sphere.

The CC, Cycore, Effects are part of After Effects Pro. You may have to install them separately from your original AE installation DVD.

Cycore FX HD is a beefed up commercial version. The one that comes with AE is simply called Cycore FX and limited to 8 bpc processing, the commercial one is not. As of CS3, all plugins will be installed automatically, for older version check your AE install disc.

Be sure to get Brain v1.11, looks like you could need it.
