Sorry, if this is a dumb question I'm a complete newbie
I want to paint colour directly onto a model that I made in 3ds max.
So, I imported the model as a tool then I set edit mode but then when I select colour to paint the whole model changes colour.
So then I came out of edit mode and tried selecting the paintbrush tool and then it works, I can paint on my model but I can't rotate it. Rotate only seems to work in edit mode.
Can anyone help me with this? I need to be able to rotate the model and paint colour on it.
