When other artists show their mesh, take the time to observe how the edges are connected.

Proportions!! The features themselves look good, but the head they're attached to is the wrong shape-- the skull should be a total of 5 eyes wide. There needs to be a whole eye-width of space between the outside corner of the eye and the side of the head. This head has less than half that. Also, the top of the skull is a little too low-- the eyes mark the MIDDLE of the head, right in the center line.
It also looks like the jaw is much too narrow. Look at it directly from the bottom and see what kind of triangle it makes-- if you could stab somebody with that chin, something's wrong.
As for the topology of the mesh-- don't change a thing!!! :bounce: At least not yet!!! The structure and density of this mesh is damn near perfect for this stage of modeling! You can always add detail later, don't make your job of getting it properly head-shaped now even tougher by adding geometry before you need it.
Once you get the head wide enough, and fill out the jaw and the cheeks, you'll be all set!

thank you so much for your suggestions, I tried to change the proportions a bit...
here is the result, this time there're orto views also.
it's only a very small update but I would like to know if I'm going for the right way.

maybe try pulling out the eye sockets a bit, and shrinking the nose some (she seems to have a pretty big honker). Also, a bit more meat on the chin might help.
Looking pretty good for a first head tho, keep going with it:)

I think the nose will look just fine when the eye sockets are moved...
If you draw a line straight down from the eyeball in the profile view, it should come near the corner of the nose.
