The part above her lip seems too dark, there aren't any details on the ear, nor any for the neck and collar bones, plus you could use the blur too a little.

Other than that, it looks fairly realistic-like, especially for a sketch.

Hmmm that stuff on that site (www.teamgt.com) is really cool! I ust that that guy is a genius (Myst 3 exile....!). About your colouring... A bit more contrast can do no harm, try cleaning up the sketch lines with an eraser ( I know it's a digital-sketch...) and the colour around her nose and lips is to dark...It makes her look dirty.
