Hi everyone,

This is the hero character of my story. Tell me what you think. I'm still working on it though. He will have boots of some sort and a helmet and gloves. So just ignore the fact he doesn't have those.

Thanks.

Hi Sceme,

Thanks for the comments. I will look in on the arms issue.

Also I've realised its very hard to get people to give critics around here. Unless your work is beginner or really advanced no one really replies to the intermediate stuff.

i know your problem, i haven't got any critics of my works neither :annoyed:. even negative comments would be great, would know what to fix....this is sad i think...but..dunno...

Very nice work, I like the detail on the clothes.

Some crits:

1. The head is just about perfect. IMO it doesn't follow that generic "hero" appearance in his features, and that's a plus. Only thing to really crit there are the ears. They seem to lack a little bit of detail that would be on a real person, and compared to the face of the character, the inside shape of lobe is too . . . smooth or "young".
I don't have any other way to explain it . . .

The clothes have an excellent amount of detail in them, they kind of remind me of an elaboretly dressed senator in Star Wars. There are some correction to be made about the proportions however.
The legs, for a start, are too short. Perhaps it's the clothes that give this appearance, but I don't think so.
Also, it looks as if the arms could be thickened quite a bit, especially around the wrist.

That's all I've noticed. I hope this helps some

He looks to evil to be a hero.. maybe a villan, but hero.. njja.. have to make a really super evil looking person to fill the villan part if the hero looks evil...

also the head seem to be to high compared to where the arms "pop out".. but that might be the perspectiv...

Don't take this the wrong way I like the image the "armor" is cool as h*ll. I'mjust pointing out things I think could be looked into... even if my statement seems to slice and dice your image...

Yea, I think the dude looks mean too.

Whats your story idea going to be like?
What time period, what is the hero's role.
Is he going to be dramatized and suddendly change in the start of the story?
Is he a garbage man that takes the trash off of people's yards?
Is he a mercenery with a cold shell with a warm heart?
Is he alone?

^ All things to consider unless you have already.
It's a very interesting stlye of colthes, but I don't think it's so bad if other characters have that since of style.

Different yet coo!

Nice detail (specialy with the face)- keep up the awesome work.:buttrock:
