View Full Version : Scared Sneaky Walk Cycle
WesleyChandler 09-28-2007, 07:43 AM Hey guys,
I'm learning to do walk cycles. In my last assignment from school, I animated a basic casual walk, and now im taking it a step further and giving it character. I tried to go for a sneaky scared tip toe style walk. Any Critiques on believabilty or acting or posing?

Decent start, I think it feels kinda floaty as a whole, he needs more weight in each step, maybe a bit more stretching his leg forward before contact. Instead of consistantly translating foward you should time his foward translation with each step forward.

Thanks MaBManZ for the comment. I tried to add more weight by letting him take his weight a bit more harsh everytime he takes a step. But I'm not sure how I can translate the foot at certain intervals and match it with the background. Heres the new update...
